CoE CI is organizing a meeting around their new publication Dream a little | about AI and creative practices. A collection about AI, viewed from the creative practices of artists, designers, researchers, and alumni of art and design programs from their network. With contributions from a.o. Patricia de Vries (professor Art & Spatial Praxis) and Zachary Formwalt (artist and filmmaker and connected to the research group Algorithmic Cultures).
This publication is for anyone who is curious about how creative practices are changing with and through AI. For anyone who sees a role for designers, artists, and researchers in developing a vision for the place of AI in their field. For anyone who wants to hear how alumni of art and design programs are faring in a practice that is changing due to AI.
During this afternoon, contributions from the collection will be shared in a program featuring film screenings, interactive elements, and conversations with various authors who have contributed. A free copy of the publication will be available to all attendees.
