What Methods Do is an international symposium dedicated to the nature and role of methods in artistic research, their capacity to produce knowledge and to inform the agency of art in a societal context. Márk Redele (project coordinator of the Materiality research group) will give a presentation together with textile designer Michèle Boulogne on the project Connecting Otherwise. Although the venue is full, the symposium can be followed via livestream. Register at whatmethodsdo.com to receive the link in time. Afterwards, there will be published an extensive report on routekunstnwa.nl.
What Methods Do is organised by the Leiden University Academy of Creative and Performing Arts (ACPA) following an initiative by the Route Kunst of the NWA (National Research Agenda).
