Janine Armin is a writer and organiser. She is an Art History PhD candidate at the University of Amsterdam and Fellow within the Visual Methodology Collective, Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. Janine received an MA from the Center for Curatorial Studies, Bard College, and has co-run independent spaces, including SideReal (2017–19), on alchemy as undermined social movement through art. She most recently curated Coming Home Late: Jo Baer in the Land of the Giants, Irish Museum of Modern Art (2023–24), and is at work on a climate-fiction family-thriller and Afterall One Work book on Sung Hwan Kim (2025).
